With this particular CAReer position, you will launch your future career in the department “Audit Financial Services”:

Corporate Audit Financial Services Innovation doesn't happen by itself.
Our support functions are vital for ensuring the worldwide success of the Daimler Group. As a Corporate Audit employee you will help the Board of Management to perform its monitoring and control function. You will check that procedures are fit for purpose and ensure that business processes are efficiently and effectively organized to enable the company to achieve an appropriate level of profitability.
Your tasks include:
- Doing national/international Internal Audit Projects at all Daimler Financial Services entities worldwide.

- As part of our internal audit team, you review Business Processes with respect to efficiency and effectiveness as well as compliance and you make recommendations for improvement.

- You discuss with local and central top management.

- You summarize findings and recommendations in internal audit reports being distributed to auditee and top management.

- You support the continuous development within Corporate Audit and Audit Financial Services by participating in our CA initiatives and further developing our audit concept.

Qualifications

For the international trainee program CAReer we expect:
- A solid university degree (ideally a Master's degree)

- First professional work experience (18 months are obligatory with a Bachelor's degree)

- Excellent study results

- Several months of experience abroad and international exposure

- Excellent English language skills along with very good knowledge of German

- You have preferably completed or are about to complete a degree in Business & economics, International management, or Economics

- A major in the area of Controlling, Finance, Banking, Tax, or Risk management is preferred

- Preferably you have already completed an internship in the automotive industry, Banking, or Financial Services Sector:
