Detail of the mission:
Evaluate and implement new standard MES (Manufacturing Execution System) in Midi-Pyrénées plant: PRIME
Today Toulouse Plant are still using is own non standard MES system. Our future target is to migrate to a new MES System call PRIME.
In Regensburg they have already made some steps to make their system compatible with PRIME. They are supposed to be ready for the Migration.
Your mission will consist to analyse the different MES system solutions between Regensburg and Toulouse. To list the Gap, to propose solution to succeed in migration for Toulouse plant.
Milestones:
- 1 month inside our Midi-Pyrénées plant in Toulouse location to understand our current MES system.
o Integrated to the Plant MES team, you will be train by our MES Expert in order to understand our actual MES architecture.
- 8 months in our Regensburg Plant (Germany) within industrial engineering team in charge to install Prime MES System
o To acquire current MES system
o To learn how to adapt for new system implementation
o To share with Midi-Pyrénées team the main steps
- 3 months In Toulouse to be part of deployment team and finalize complete implementation plan.
Key focus:
Beyond understanding new information system, apprehend how to modify current processes
Impact on workforce knowledge required to control/maintain MES system
Need to understand the complete process within the workshop around MES System
Qualifications required:
Master degree of Engineer in IT system’s architecture
English mandatory, german is a must.
