Within the International Mobility department of Continental, you will be in charge of the programming and development of our HR IT Software: APro. We offer you the opportunity to evolve and work in a very international environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new specifications/applications of our HR software (APro) according to the needs together with the external maintenance team
- Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features to improve the Apro system
- Collaborate with an international team based in America, Singapore and Europe and an external provider
- Troubleshoot and debug applications
- Develop technical documents, procedures and handbooks to accurately represent applications design and functionality
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience as application developer
- Good understanding of software design and programming principles
- Excellent team player with very good communication skills
- International mindset
- MSc in IT (University, Engineering schools)
- English is a must, German a bonus!
