Office and Facilities Local Supervisor

As Office and Facilities Local Supervisor you will oversee the facilities and office space in CGI Lithuania locations.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Office vendors management
• Reception team supervision (back-ups, vacations, replacements)
• Office occupancy tracking and coordination
• Company cars fleet coordination
• Travel program coordination
• Be point of contact and responsible for all aspects of maintaining the office
• Manage office vendor invoicing and payment through internal CGI processes
• Participate in special project assignments on an as required basis

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Essential Qualifications:
• Professional experience and knowledge of maintenance of utilities and facilities
• Strong planning, organization and communication skills
• Resourceful and intuitive self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and enjoy multi-tasking in a technical and administrative environment
• Ability to comply with local, state and corporate documentation and control requirements.
• University degree in technology / engineering area
• Fluent Lithuanian language and good English (speaking, reading, writing)

• Experience in Health, Labor and Fire Safety
