Integrated Logistics Support Analyst

Position Description
CGI Federal has an immediate opening for an Integrated Logistics Support Analyst. This position is in support of Undersea Warfare Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance for a NAVSEA program office. This position will support the installation planning efforts for Undersea Warfare Decision Support System (USW-DSS).

Your future duties and responsibilities
Manage system fielding plan to including matching, budget quantities approved Chief of Naval Operations availabilities, AEGIS Modernization availabilities, and other alignment priorities. Maintain business rules that drive the platform selection. Provide customer documents and tools to show program impact of these drivers.
- Develop fielding alternatives based on internal and external programmatic changes, provide impact and recommendations.
- Develop cost estimate of Headquarter and Regional Maintenance Center (RMC) Planning Yard Requirements
- Draft status briefings for Quarterly Execution Reviews, Congressional budget events, and other programmatic briefs as required.
- Prepare and present reports, studies, cost analyses, and briefings to customers as needed
- Provide valuable technical support including research and analysis of DOD, NAVSEA, and IWS policy
- Liaison across NAVSEA program offices as well as NAVY laboratories to assist in fielding plans
- Ensure the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Due to the nature of this government contract, a valid DOD Secret clearance is required along with 3-5 years of experience in the following:
Configuration Management
NAVSEA Integrated Logistics Support
NAVSEA Installation Planning
Familiarization with Ship Change Documents (SCDs)
Good research skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize projects
Ability to work in fast pace environment
Ability to collaborate on projects
Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Efficiency with Microsoft Products

Desired Qualifications:

Shipyard experience (port engineer)
N4 experience
TYCOM Scheduler
