Retail Development and Expansion (m/f)

As a Retail Development and Expansion, you will mainly follow the South of Germany with report to the Expansion Manager of the Calzedonia Germany branch.

Your tasks:
·  Finding possible locations according to expansion strategy/target list
·  Identification of the best locations for future openings in terms of economic data, traffic, population and relevance for retail activities
·  Negotiating conditions for new lease contracts/rent reductions and prolongations, closings, modifications for existing contracts with Landlords
·  Market Research on local Retail Market Industry in order to set up a sustainable expansion strategy
·  Providing periodical reports to the local and Italian management
·  Building up a strong network with Leasing Managers of Shopping Centers, Real Estate Agencies and Landlords
·  Cooperation with Commercial, Legal, Technical Departments
·  Communication with existing franchisee partners and establishing contacts with new potential franchisees
Your profile:
·  Resident in the south of Germany or Availability to relocate there
·  Degree in economic or technical field
·  Experience (also short) in real estate or retail market
·  Strong negotiation and analytical skills, networking character, self-organization
·  Dynamic personality, open minded, practical, reliable and accurate
·  Available for frequent business trips mainly in Germany, Italy but also in other Countries where Calzedonia has subsidiaries
·  Native or bilingual proficiency in German
·  Excellent oral and written English
