Your contribution to something big

·  Establish and optimize lean processes for support of associates in terms of efficiency and effort for associates
·  Travel bookings, preparation and reimbursements
·  Conference attendance of associates
·  Department organization
·  Coordination and scheduling of meetings
·  Creation and formatting of documents
·  Correspondence with internal and external research partners
·  External orders via Robert Bosch purchasing systems
·  Onboarding and mentoring of new associates
·  Time registration of associates
·  Setup and maintenance of internet and intranet presence
·  Create and maintain organization plan with major events and tasks, communication and tracking concept
·  Pro-actively organize events with support from respective responsible research staff
·  Proxy other assistances

What distinguishes you

·  Min. 3 years job education (e.g. industrial management assistant)
·  Min. 3 years job experience
·  Experience as secretary with assistance tasks
·  Very good skills in MS Office, basic skills in SAP
·  Outstanding organizational competence
·  Safe Bosch Connect user
·  High affinity in IT
·  Strong in communication across all hierarchical levels as well as internationally and also with external partners like university professors
·  Organizational talent, autonomous working, team minded, flexible, reliant, souvereign and friendly appearance
·  Very good German and English skills in written and spoken
