In Europe, it currently has more than 5,700 employees in the main European countries. Bolloré Logistics Belgium is today looking for a credit controller.
Objectives :
Managing the account receivable function with Bolloré Logistics Belgium by handling customer receipts and chasing overdue payments.
Main tasks :
Credit control in order to keep the outstanding freights down;
Matching the incoming payments with the outstanding accounts;
Creation of new customers in the different systems;
Sending statements and reminders to customers;
Close communication (e-mail/phone) with customers and or commercial team to solve outstanding issues;
Close cooperation with the different operational team in Antwerp & Brucargo in case of disputed invoices by customers;
Reconciliation of customer accounts;
Assist the Financial Controller in different tasks.
Requierement :
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance / Accounting (business schools/ universities)
An experience of 1 year (internships, temporary contract) is a requirement
Proficiency in English is mandatory
Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, IT tools)
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Able to handle and prioritize projects simultaneously
Able to work in an international environment
Well-structured, taking ownership of tasks, first-time-right attitude
Result-oriented and problem solving attitude.
