The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises two business lines: a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.

For Fund Accounting area within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsawwe are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:

Junior Project Manager in Milan Fund Accounting


As a Junior Project Manager you will be responsible for coordinating of onboarding of new clients, new applications, processes, client requests and migrations in Milan Fund Administration, optimising and providing improvement support for existing processes, in particular:

· Close coordination with FA leaders during onboarding of new processes
· BAU support during set-up and early post set-up phase for new operational teams
· Participation in creation of operating model, operational procedures and preparation of SLAs for newly migrated processes; review of existing SLAs and procedures
· Coordination of governance and resources during migrations
· Overview of recruitment, resources and training programme for newcomers
· Organisational support and induction for newcomers and ensuring system access for them
· Peparation of Business Continuity Plans and Business Impact Analysis for new processes
· Encourage high work ethics, corporate values and BNP Paribas Securities Services culture amongst newcomers
· Interim management of teams where target management structure is not yet in place
· Coordination of IT tests and system changes processes in FA
· Coordination of innovation processes across FA teams
· Networking and liaising with all teams in order to organise technical support for existing and new solutions in FA

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements:

·  Knowledge of roles and functional relations between parties and entities involved in fund investment process on the European market and EU regulations for fund industry
·  Advanced fund accounting skills
·  Deep knowledge of financial instruments (securities and corporate events, listed and OTC derivative instruments)
·  Excellent communication skills and a very high level of organisation
·  Goal-driven approach
·  Ability to manage projects in an effective and client-oriented way
·  Project management knowledge would be an additional asset
·  Adaptability and ability to maintain motivation in a changing environment
·  Ability to apply and encourage BNP Paribas Securities Services corporate values at work
·  Positive attitude and flexibility
·  Thorough knowledge of MS Office applications
·  Fluency in written and spoken English
