Your Responsibilities:
·  • Technical lead of the Big Data field to shape the future of automotive Big Data analytics
·  • Using the state of the art Big Data techniques, you will be responsible for delivery of data driven solutions including, but not limited to, fleet monitoring, predictive maintenance and autonomous driving solutions
·  • Close cooperation with sales team, customers and partners (e.g., universities, startups) to identify potential data driven business opportunities throughout collecting and analyzing of relevant data
·  • Close collaboration with technical experts from different domains to apply rapid prototyping for proof of concept as well as to develop the final AVL data driven solutions

Desired profile

Your Profile:
·  •
·  University degree in mathematics, physics or computer science• 5+ years of experience developing Big Data solutions using Java, Scala, R, Python, Matlab, Spark and MapReduce
·  • 5+ years of experience building analytical models using statistics and machine learning methods
·  • 3+ years of experience leading technical teams to deliver large scale projects
·  • Highly motivated individual with passion to push technology beyond existing technology
·  • High analytical and conceptual skills
·  • Communication and teamwork abilities
·  • Good English skills
·  • Personality is more than anything else!
