Job Description

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen FileTransfer Engineer m/w .

Sie sind verantwortlich für den Second Level Support im Bereich Filetransfer Services International und stellen die Verfügbarkeit und den Betrieb für die FT Services auf den Systemen z/OS (Connect Direct, rvsMVS) und Unix / Linux (Connect Direct, IBM Sterling B2B Integrator) gemäß SLAs sicher. Sie arbeiten dabei aktiv an System-Weiterentwicklungen durch Updates, Wartung und Pflege sowie Migrationen mit.

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören weiterhin das Incident- und Problemmanagement nach ITIL, die Durchführung von Funktionstests sowie Customizing von Scheduling und Monitoring. Darüber hinaus sind Sie verantwortlich für die Anbindung von Neukunden einschließlich der Automatisierung aller erforderlichen Datenflüsse inklusive der Betriebs- und Schnittstellendokumentationen.

In Ihren Aufgabenbereich fällt ebenso die Weiterentwicklung im Bereich IBM Sterling B2B Integrator durch Programmierung neuer Businessprozesse, Einführung und Implementierung neuer Services im Zusammenspiel mit Oracle Datenbanken.

Dazu fungieren Sie als Ansprechpartner der internen Kollegen bezüglich Fragen zu den von Ihnen betreuten Services. Im Rahmen dieser Aufgabe werden Sie auch in Projektarbeit involviert, deren Ziel die Übernahme neuer Kunden und Services in unseren Produktionsablauf ist.

Job Requirements

· Hochschul- / Fachschulabschluss als Informatiker oder äquivalente Ausbildung
· Sehr gute Kenntnisse der eingesetzten FileTransfer Applikationen IBM Sterling B2B Integrator und/oder CONNECT:Direct
· Gute Kenntnisse von UNIX, Linux, z/OS Systemen (JCL), TCP/IP, Transferprotokolle SFTP/FTP sowie ssh, XML und BPML
· Basiskenntnisse in Verschlüsselung- und Zertifikatsmanagement sind von Vorteil
· Nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung Abdeckung der Rufbereitschaft gemäß Teamkalender
· Analytisches Vorgehen,eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten sowie Zusammenarbeit im Team und die Freude an einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
· Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
