Role Description Summary
The position is hired to support to the Human Capital Business Partner team and SES Recruitment team in their daily tasks, focusing on recruitment and administration, and in the implementation of HR projects and action.
This position is responsible to build a pipeline of talents by ensuring the best hiring for all Luxembourg and The Hague internship positions – The position also help creating strong relationship with schools and support HR Events
The position works cross-functionally with all the company departments and sites around the world.

Primary Responsibilities / Key Result Areas
Manage the Interns recruitments for Luxembourg and The Hague ( support the Americas on a need basis): coordinate recruitment activities (posting, interviews …), coordinate arrival of trainees & students, be their contact person through their stay, assure info flow into payroll Team, monitor the trainee performance with Managers, liaise with the Business partner responsible for the area when issues arise
Monitor the SES Global Intern & Student budget and provide reporting & statistics
Manage requests for observation internships
Support SES presence at Fairs, student events etc …
Help build a pipeline of talents, be the Ambassador of the internship program within the orgnaisation
Support Temporary Staff recruitments in Betzdorf when required
Support some specific permanent recruitments as defined together with the HR Managers . For those recruitments maintain up-to-date databases, pre-screen cv’s, have pre-screening calls or skype with candidates, coordinate the replies to candidates, execute the advertisement publication (internally & externally), coordinate interview meetings.
Suggest recruitment process and best practice
Support HR Business partners as required
Provide back up support during absences of colleagues
Various other HR Administration and project support tasks on a need basis
Excellent office organisation and accuracy, attention to details

Computer literate, good Excel and PowerPoint knowledge

Fluency in spoken and written English, French is an asset.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor Degree in HR, Business or related discipline
A first experience of six to 18 months in an HR service
Good Understanding of HR principles and processes
