DESCRIPTION

Amazon Restaurants is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to integrate, launch, monitor, and maintain the menu, inventory, order, and reporting services between us and large restaurant brands such as Applebee's, P.F., Chang's, Red Robin, etc.. TAMs work alongside business Account Managers to provide large restaurants the technical support they need to be successful on the Amazon platform. TAMs interact directly with the technical point of contact at the restaurant while coordinating with the business account manager. The specific job responsibilities for a Technical Account Manager in the National Restaurants business are:
· processing, triaging and tracking Restaurant onboarding requests
· communicating directly with Sales, Account managers, and Restaurants
· program managing the launch of these integrations
· mapping product items in the restaurant's POS system to ASINs in Amazon Restaurant's catalog
· updating POS mapping for menu changes
· delivering timely, accurate and professional operational support by working with internal teams, and Restaurants IT to diagnose, research and resolve technology related challenges
· assisting with the definition and design of improvements to tools, standard operating procedures and processes for the Restaurants onboarding team
· reviewing customer, restaurant feedback and investigate product issues, engaging with Customer Service/ Merchant Support and Restaurant partners, and where feasible recommend solutions
· leveraging knowledge of your customers' environments to assist Product and engineering teams in better serving our customers
· completing analysis and present periodic reviews of on-boarding metrics and SLAs to leadership
· contributing to a positive team environment and proactively aid team members to meet and exceed team goals and metrics

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic qualifications
· 3+ years of relevant work experience in Technical Account Management
· 5+ years experience in merchant services and/or user-facing technical support
· Bachelor's degree
· Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
· High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications
· Proven ability to problem solve technical issues
· Superior verbal and written communications.
· Demonstrated results in launching and maintaining a highly availalble, large scale, integrated service
