This role requires a strong understanding of the HR fundamentals and experience implementing, executing and delivering appropriate HR solutions.

You'll partner with a variety of talented business leaders from Product Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, and Sales and Marketing to develop and execute HR strategies which are focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work. You'll help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention and the employee experience.

Working closely with specialist HR teams and international HR colleagues, you'll also keep the right focus on organizational effectiveness, career development and rewards. In addition, this role will be accountable for driving key initiatives and projects in areas such as such as onboarding, employee relations, culture, diversity, and management capability / leadership development.. Being a dependable HR Consultant to VPs and Directors to help drive the organization's long term success.
· Be an equal partner at the table with the business leaders, leverage data and sound judgement to influence strategic decisions and infuse new ways of thinking.
· Provide insight and direction on evolving the right long term organization design.
· Demonstrate ability to think big, yet be nimble enough to continuously evolve the people strategy for the organization in line with the fast changing business realities.
· Be flexible in terms of working with business and HR partners across multiple locations, drive healthy debate and consensus on key priorities. and manage change at scale.
· Innovate on behalf of the customer and employees on areas like job family redesign, succession planning, employee engagement, people development, diversity and inclusion. This role will also work closely with other HR resources and teams to drive key initiatives and projects in areas such as, global organization design, diversity, leadership development, and scaling annual talent management programs and processes.
This role requires a strong desire to learn, think strategically, execute, and collaborate across many teams, levels of management, and locations around the world. It also requires optimism and a strong sense of humor; we like to have fun while we are making history!

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelors degree
· 6+ years of experience in an HR business partner leadership role
