DESCRIPTION

eero is looking for a Growth Product Designer for the Services team. Your mandate: design network security and parental controls services on top of eero's hardware. Design is core to our identity. Every part of our experience — the product's physical form, its packaging, our apps, and even the company's name — reflects this. The role requires working across various mediums — iOS, Android, web and email — and across consumer and enterprise channels.

What you'll do:
As a Product Designer on the Services team, your responsibilities will include:
· Defining, designing, reviewing and testing interfaces, components, systems, and frameworks for eero customers. [DESIGN SYSTEMS]
· Using design thinking techniques including user research, agile design iteration, prototyping, and usability testing. [ITERATIVE APPROACH AND FOCUS ON THE CUSTOMER]
· Engaging with customers to understand their needs and design experiences that guide them through onboarding, education, and understanding eero Services. [WORKFLOW UX EXPERIENCE]
· Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams from product, engineering, customer experience, and marketing. [COMMUNICATION]
· Regularly using, improving, and contributing to the eero Design System, and collaborating with eero Design to ensure consistency.
· Presenting designs to stakeholders at various stages throughout the design process.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years of experience as a self-managed contributor, or member of a Product Design team, working on desktop and mobile products.
