Summary of the Role

· Be responsible of the design and development of engaging user experiences on complex professional systems
· Create information architecture designs, consistent with functional environment, business requirements and customer feedback
· Study, develop and prototype the user experience concepts of a product in a user-centered design process
· Work with product managers and business stakeholders to define a product vision and a design strategy
· Work closely with development teams to ensure a high quality implementation of design artifacts

Main responsibilities

· Collaborate with domain leaders, product owners, UI developers and customers to create information architecture diagrams, sketches , storyboards and screen flows
· Develop prototypes ranging from paper -prototyping to wireframes or interactive click dummies
· Creation of userflows , interaction and UI patterns, mockups and style guides
· Active contribution to the product strategy
· Implement user centered design methodologies, usability testing and lean UX

Requirements

· Degree in visual communication and design , Master/Bachelor of Arts, Mediadesigner degree, product design , Interface/Interaction Design or certified usability professional (QXBA, UPA) or related field
· 3+ years of experience in User Experience Design oder Interaction Design for digital platforms (B2B or B2C)
· Excellent knowledge of the common graphics and prototyping software as well as knowledge of programming languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive Design
· Experience with agile working methods and agile processes , e.g. Kanban and Scrum
· As an internationally operating company we expect very good knowledge of the English and German language
