Major responsibilities :
•You are responsible for the new and further development of scalable and highly available integration systems to control touristic offers, which are used for well-known national and international Internet travel portals and travel agencies.
•You independently work on the conceptual design and implementation of new strategies for standardized integration of heterogeneous third-party systems of tour operators into the central reservation platform.

Requirements :
•University Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent
•Minimum 2 years professional experience in software development with Java and ideally knowledge of agile software development methods
•Very good knowledge in the development of JEE components

•Good knowledge in object-oriented and distributed software architectures
•Confident in dealing with the following technologies: Servlets , EJB , JMS , SOAP/REST -Webservices, XML/XSLT , SQL/NoSQL
•Ideally, you also possess a good understanding of UML and you have experience with the JEE Application Server (like TomEE or Wildfly )
•Familiarity with tools such as Eclipse , XMLSpy , Maven , JMeter , Docker , Hudson/Jenkins , Sonar and SVN/Git rounds off your profile
•Structured analysis of tasks and follow-up implementation into an object-oriented design are among your strengths
•Excellent team and communication qualities, high commitment, an independent working method as well as a high level of quality awareness distinguish your personality
•You have good German skills and as an internationally operating company we also require good English skills
