Main responsibilities

· You sharepassion for quality and automation.
· You feelcomfortable to represent the end user while helping business experts define requirements and designing tests.
· You bridges & connectproduct, development and operational domain by collaborating with engineers and business experts.
· You ensurethe system integrity in all shapes and forms: functionality, performance, data integrity, consistency, security, usability.
· You organizetesting processes and helpto optimize testing through creative test techniques and test automation.
· You design, define, implementand maintaintest strategies, test scenarios, test cases and test data.
· You createand championnew internal processes to scale testing coverage.
· You also identify& mitigaterisks, performroot cause analysis, conductlessons learned, and validate/verifywhen fixes are implemented.
· You will coachtechnical teams to increase testing experience and to ensure great, joint and continuous product delivery.

Requirements

· You have a bachelor's degree in computer science or comparable qualification.
· Strong engineering fundamentals and intuition are very important.
· You have working experience with quality assurance in the area of software development, preferably within agile and DevOpsenvironment (Scrum, Kanban).
· You want to establish a high degree of automation about QA processes throughout the whole software development life cycle.
· You feel comfortable to work with backend systems and APIs.
· You actreliably, thoroughly and very self-dependent.
· As an international operating company we expect fluent German and good English skills.
