Customer Service Engineer (m/f) aerospace
Your role – exciting and challenging
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Engineer with the following responsibilities for our multi-faceted projects in the aerospace industry:
- Reception, classification and processing of incoming service requests
- Evaluation and qualification of the damage level after consultation with the development department
- Planning and implementation of updates and upgrades in the cabin-retrofit sector
- Technical support of project team
- Monitor and report customer requests
- Coordinate complex fault analysis
- Independently solve demanding technical challenges
Your profile – experience that adds value
Ideally you have:
- A university degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or the equivalent
- Relevant experience in aerospace
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience in Maintenance, Repair and Ordering (MRO) is desirable
- Outstanding written as well as spoken German and English
