Job description


• Management of the candidate database
o Scanning and filing of documents
o Data update
o Creation of profiles of new candidates

• Social network management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
o Development of a strategy in line with the needs of the different brands
o Planning of publications (Job offers, articles, news...)
o Content creation
o Community Management
o Analysis of results

• Help for candidate sourcing using job boards, Linkedin and referral networks
• CV formatting for clients
• Technical help on the Office Pack tools
• Help on various administrative tasks and events


The internship is unpaid. However, a gratuity of $300 per week for accommodation is provided.

Desired profile

Your profile:
• Bachelor / Master level in Business
• Previous experience would be considered a plus
• Good knowledge of Office Pack tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint...)
• Proactive profile able to work in a team and with good adaptability and communication skills
