JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collecting and recording data on global business-related travel movements
Setting up and maintaining reporting systems
Support security monitoring processes
Prepare briefings on special security situations
Administering a knowledge base on security-related topics
Updating the department's intranet pages regarding these topics
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Qualification
Enlisted as a student at a University, at least in the 3rd semester of a Bachelor or a Master's studies
Strong analytical and solid problem solving skills
Excellent command of the most common Office programs
Very good English language skills, both oral and written
Good German language skills, both oral and written
Flexibility and ability to work in stress situations
Discrete and independent working style
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Start and duration: January 2019 / 12 Months / 15 hours per week
