JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
User Support for Open Pages database (ORGS) and access rights management
Administrating of Intranet content (Jive)
Administrating of group mailboxes (Outlook) and general office administration
Maintaining and enhancing of templates (Excel with Macros)
Creation and updating of presentations and guidelines (Powerpoint, Word)
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Qualification
Student with at least two semesters successfully completed
Excellent English skills, one or more additional language(s) preferred
Advanced MS Office skills including Excel (incl. macros), Powerpoint, Outlook and Word
First experience with JIVE preferred
Interest in the financial industry and respective regulatory Topics
Experience & Key skills
Outgoing personality with can-do attitude, independent working style
Attention to detail; excellent time management skills
Prior internship / working student experience preferred
Broad cultural background, able to work in an international environment
