Job role

 

Be a key part of a team delivering great experience to employees by supporting as a Training Coordinator to a Learning and Development team located around the globe. This includes onsite as well as face to face trainings and the respective and related organizational matters.

 

What you will do

 

·  E2E Degreed administration activities such as: View Members, Manage and Create Groups, Record Videos, Manage Catalogue, Endorse, Share and Assign Content, Create Organizational Pathways
·  End-to-end training administration (training needs identification, contract preparations and administration, schedule and organize learning classes)
·  End-to-end invoicing administration, for both internal and external trainings
·  P&L tracking (fill in SAP, in accordance to the invoice processing)
·  Query management, answer questions from users or HR community, providing process and system guidance for a better user experience
·  Extract and analyze learning data from SuccessFactors, Degreed, LinkedIn Learning
·  Develop reports on learning data for analysis and decision-making, statistical data analysis and other reporting as required

 

 

 

 

What you bring

You have

·  3+ years of working experience in training administration 
·  Good technical understanding of LMS tools and systems (Degreed, Success Factors, LinkedIn Learning) and LMS processes and activities
·  Experience with HR data presentations and reporting
·  Ability to connect with multiple stakeholders and work independently
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
·  Fluent in English, German language skills is considered a plus
