JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead international cross-functional project teams in the development and implementation of innovative solutions in close collaboration with business partners (major OEMs, dealer groups, mobility providers) and local Allianz operating entities
Create concepts for new, digital business models for Allianz comprising insurance and services based on automotive CASE trends
Develop and manage relationship of Allianz Automotive’s business partners with a particular focus on emerging new mobility players and innovation topics
Conceptualize, prepare and conduct communication to top management and external stakeholders, including board decision meetings, sales pitches and strategy documents
Act as topic experts on CASE trends and support internal stakeholders (e.g., Corporate Development, Sales) with relevant input
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Qualifications
Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering or IT
Excellent verbal and written English required, proficient German and/or French as additional foreign language skills are advantageous
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience and Skills
At least 3-5 years of project management and management consulting, preferably in the areas of innovation and product development in the automotive/mobility and/or insurance industry
Strong conceptual thinking and ability to design new and original solutions to complex problems
Proven track record of successful project management in fast-paced, dynamic and international environment; ability to handle complex projects, competing priorities, anticipate requirements and possible obstacles
Excellent interpersonal skills (communication, negotiation and mediation) and ability to develop strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Self-motivated and able to work with a high degree of autonomy
