Internship / Co-op
Be the central point of contacts of the 12 (and counting) live Business Units for all production support topics
Management and prioritization of change requests and production incidents in collaboration with the Allianz Partners Organizational Management team leads, the live Business Units and Allianz Technology, for each iteration
Daily production support
Follow up developments and tests, and support the live Business Units during their User Acceptance Test (UAT)
If needed, be involved in test methodology assessment and improvement initiatives
Support the change management team in designing the training materials
Constantly monitor and report on progress to your management
Excellent communication skills in English
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical abilities, rigorous and detail-oriented
Highly motivated, dynamic, self-steering
Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions
Collaborative team player
Values diversity and works well in a multi-cultural environment
A first experience in information system management is a plus
