JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

support of Global HR Business Partners / HR Generalists in day-to-day business (f.e. HR Management and recruitment, administrative HR activities)
independent supervision of intern and working students of Allianz Technology
working with inquiries in German and English
preparation of contract documents and certificates
coordination and organisation of appointments
preparation of presentations
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

student of Business Administration or focus in social science
practical experience as intern or working student, ideally in Human Resources
excellent German skills and good in written and spoken English
good in working with MS-Office
independent and customer orientated operation
high learning ability
organising ability

An attractive monthly salary of 1,550 € for internships (also for mandatory internships) and for working students 1,700 € for bachelor students and 1,900 € for Master students (on a full-time base)
