You will support the Head of Investor Relation in its daily activities and participate in tasks and initiatives dedicated to foster the relationship with our clients.
Regular update of the dashboard of key performance indicators for the respective investors
Support in preparation of quarterly reporting material by providing necessary background information and complimentary analysis with regards to events impacting the client's portfolio
Ad-hoc and complementary analysis relating to current and / or future exposure
Performance review: on a quarterly basis; support in the annual IPD performance study and other real estate studies
Monitor key performance indicators such as vacancy rate, return rates etc.
Plan / Strategy:
Contribute to the further refinement of the Global Real Estate Investment Strategy (“GREIS”) in close collaboration with the respective ARE entities and departments
Ensure consideration of clients' objectives and constraints and support implementation, monitoring and reporting initiatives with regards to the GREIS project
Support preparation of asset allocation recommendations and strategic positioning of client portfolios and facilitate stakeholder alignment
Work on preparation of the annual Baseline Plan for the respective investor groups
Prepare the presentation of the annual budget plan for investors and ensure appropriate follow up
Prepare presentations and meetings of investor representatives with ARE and / or external business partners
Provide information to clients on regular and ad hoc basis according to customer specifications
Graduated in Finance, Business Management or Civil Engineering at a post-graduate level, preferably with a specialization in real estate
3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field
Familiar with financial concepts, affinity towards numbers and strong analytical and quantitative abilities with a distinct taste for the real estate asset class
Fluent in spoken and written English; German and/or French constitutes an advantage
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, VBA knowledge would be of benefit
Agile team player, able to quickly adopt and work under pressure in a dynamic, international environment
