Operations employee responsible for proactive communication and education for key business partners. To include, but not be limited to the following (depending on business area): producers, FMO's, Broker Dealers, Registered Reps, attorneys, trustees, POAs, etc. Independently manages book of business requests and handling of highly complex situations while maintaining a collaborative approach. You will successfully influence business results by establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, recommending process improvements and influencing digital adoption. You will be accountable for accurately applying extensive knowledge of Allianz's business, products, customers, and Operations and adhering to established guidelines, policies and procedures, and regulations. You will make the appropriate decisions for both the customer and Allianz.

 

What you do:

·  Respond to and process highly complex customer service requests and inquires by applying extensive department knowledge of business, products and customers. Follow established practices and standards while meeting or exceeding quality and service levels.
·  Actively seek areas for service and process improvements, identify and analyze trends for proposed changes to ensure accuracy and ease of business. Accurately apply extensive process knowledge to identify any potential issues, create recommendations, and facilitate action for resolution.
·  Act as a team lead, mentor or subject matter expert for assigned area. Provides training and coaching to other employees.            
·  Communicate with the key business partners including training and education; obtain/clarify customer information and/or concerns as it relates to a policy or sale. Depending on business area, this may include Field Suitability Officers; producers, Broker Dealers, registered reps, attorneys, trustees, POAs or customers to educate on Allianz processes.

 

What you bring:

·  2 or more years of experience required in Allianz Operations or distribution
·  Two-year degree required or equivalent experience
