Job Description:

The responsibilities of the Connected Vehicle Sr Software Developer include working on developing and integrating onboard applications for collecting and sharing vehicle information with the cloud. 

Basic Qualifications:

● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

● 6 to 9 years of programming experience in a professional environment

● Minimum of 3 years of experience in Android Auto or Linux Auto

● Good understanding of in vehicle communication architectures like CAN and Ethernet.

● Proficiency in Core Java/C++, Android using OOPS concept.

● Experience and understanding of Vehicle onboard application architecture

● Understanding of QNX/Linux Kernel, Vehicle Abstraction layers

● Experience in developing and integrating automotive applications with the onboard IVI architecture.

● Experience in developing Automotive HMI application on Linux/QNX kernel architecture using unity or similar framework..

Preferred Qualifications:

● Understanding of Software driven architecture

● Should understand the radio architecture well enough.

● Connected Vehicle Experience or connected product Experience
