We would be pleased if you support us as a working student (m/f) in the department Airplane Doors Metal Design with a working time during the semester (<20h) and during the semester holidays (<35h) hours per week (flexitime)!

Desired profile

Tasks & accountabilities

Your exciting tasks:

·  Support of the head of department in the development of guidelines & knowledge management:
·  Elaboration of further guidelines
·  Guideline Tolerance Management
·  Harmonization of design check criteria
·  Cross-program creation of a door encyclopedia with lessons learned
·  Establishment of a knowledge platform (software / use of an ERP platform)
·  Support of the existing HTML Design Guide
·  Creation of Golden Models in CATIA V5

·  Support of the product teams in constructive investigations
·  Constructive investigations in the field of Airplane Doors metallic primary structures
·  Development of solution concepts in CATIA V5
·  Preparation of the research results and summarization in so-called Results of Investigation
·  Creation of reports and parts list evaluations using MS EXCEL macros
·  Support for ongoing business improvement projects
·  Support in the test phase of ongoing projects (iDelivery, Checklist Database, Change Request Database,

Workflow Development Process)

·  Creation of test reports
