The mission of Digital Workplace (DWP) is to make a significant and positive impact on the way Airbus employees work, collaborate and share information. Enabling for more effectiveness, agility and creativity of individuals, teams and communities.

Digital Workplace’s ambition is to make people’s daily life at work simpler, smarter, seamless and more secure.

We are looking for a Process Jedi to join our Strategy & Transformation team. Your mission will be to delve into all elements of the digital workplace family and seek for reducing complexity in everything we do, removing unnecessary waste to create simplified user centric and effective operating processes.

This role is a major player in supporting and contributing to the user centric journey running throughout our products. To do this you must be passionate and tenacious. Think out of the box. Challenge the constraints, remove the impediments. Simplify our interfaces with our partners - both internal and external.

Ultimately increase the value delivered to the end users and simplify the daily lives of all our employees.

Task & accountabilities :
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

# Identify opportunities to simplify and improve business processes within Digital Workplace, both external and internal.
# Develop process consistency across all the Digital Workplace product lines, ensuring to add maximum value from the perspective of the end user.
# Establish a culture of continuous improvement, aligning to business needs, in compliance with Information Management operating model.
# Measure and report on benefits realisation activities. Aligning with the Productivity Improvements initiative.
# Scout for benchmarking leads both internally and externally for process excellence, sharing best practice and implementing sustainable process change.
# Contribute to the continuous improvement of Digital Workplace Strategy.
# Reconcile the product teams and deployment & proximity support teams to ensure we are all working towards the same goal of improving user experience and creating value for business.

Required skills :
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

# Proven experience in business process improvement.
# Digital Workplace or IT Service Management experience would be desirable
# Demonstrated implementation relating to Lean methodology/ VSM.
# Strong Customer focus with an emphasis on business value creation and user experience improvement.
# Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills, in particular ability to lead and work in multifunctional team in a trans-organizational and multicultural context.
# Autonomous to explore, analyse and drive process review and implementation.
# Strong communication skills coupled with outstanding presentation design (powerpoint or slides) with the ability to adapt to the audience.
# English – negotiation level.
