Description of the job :
A temporary position within Procurement - Support to Brexit is currently open within Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe . The successful applicant will join TOPMR department.

Task & accountabilities :
This position covers all commodities within TOPM: Structure assembly, detailed parts & materials activities scope:

• Support Commodity Procurement Department with all activities related with Brexit
• Coordination with other Brexit Working groups, such as Supply Chain, Logistics & Transports, Customs and PMO, including attendance to weekly reviews and dedicated workshops
• Coordination at Airbus Group level, with participation in workshops and alignment calls
• Support TOPx Brexit Focal points on the communication with all Commodity Managers, including feedback loops, coordination of activities, generation of trackers, reporting, Monitor & control supplier mitigation action plans, etc
• Contact suppliers in case CM is not available and perform Brexit Mitigation Risks

Required skills :
To fit this position, experience in supply chain is required.

The jobholder shall be able to manage a project, engage quickly in networking and has some experience in operations.
Autonomy, reactivity ,agility are key skills.
English :Negotiation level
