For Airbus in Hamburg/Germany within the department Account Management & Bus Operations North Germany (General Procurement), we are looking for a VIE
- Business Support and Run Mode Organization (m/f)
In this context, your main activities will include:
- Support Transformation project of General Procurement:
- Run Mode Organization of new processes and tools (Digitalization)
- Transfer to new Procurement External Service Provider (ESP)
- Deploy the "last mile" Customer Satisfaction score and Service desk (Knowledge management)
- Change of Purchasing tool (Buyside to Click`n Buy)
- Enhance procurement End to End responsibility (E2E) to reduce open invoices (Finance process)
- Procurement Catalogue Management Project
You offer:
- University degree Economics, Business Management, Industrial or General Engineering or similar
- Digital and lean thinking
- Good level of knowledge in Excel/data analysis/reporting
- Willing to aquaint with new tools/processes
- Standard Office IT
- SAP/Google Suits would be an advantage
- German would be great, but is not a must !
- English: Negotiation level
