Description of the job

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Tasks & accountabilities

For Airbus in Hamburg/Germany within the department Account Management & Bus Operations North Germany (General Procurement), we are looking for a VIE - Business Support and Run Mode Organization (m/f)

Start: November 2018
Duration: 24 months

In this context, your main activities will include:

·  Support Transformation project of General Procurement:
·  Run Mode Organization of new processes and tools (Digitalization)
·  Transfer to new Procurement External Service Provider (ESP)
·  Deploy the "last mile" Customer Satisfaction score and Service desk (Knowledge management)
·  Change of Purchasing tool (Buyside to Click`n Buy)
·  Enhance procurement End to End responsibility (E2E) to reduce open invoices (Finance process)
·  Procurement Catalogue Management Project

Required skills

You offer:

·  University degree Economics, Business Management, Industrial or General Engineering or similar
·  Digital and lean thinking
·  Good level of knowledge in Excel/data analysis/reporting
·  Willing to aquaint with new tools/processes
·  Standard Office IT
·  SAP/Google Suits would be an advantage
·  German would be great, but is not a must !
·  English: Negotiation level

You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
