Location: Friedrichshafen
Start: early 2019
Duration: 3-6 months

You will acquire an in-depth insight into the Geospatial Solutions and Infrastructures Department which is responsible for all questions concerning the use and processing of geographic information. This includes the design, development and maintenance of own components as well as the definition of workflows and infrastructures in the defence sector, border security and disaster control. The solutions include commercial products and services as well as own developments.

Tasks & accountabilities

Extension of the existing Airbus DS GeoHub portal with new services and functionality.

·  installation and configuration of ArcGIS Enterprise

·  creation of Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS widgets

·  creation of web services

·  preparation of geospatial data

Required skills

You offer:

·  Enrolled student within Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Geoinformatics or similar field of study

·  experienced with JavaScript

·  geospatial knowledge (data, formats, OGC, ArcGIS)

·  Web Technology

·  English: fluent

·  German: good knowledge

You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
