Description of the job

Migrate the current Airbus' Legacy applications to the Public Cloud with us:
‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾
A vacancy for a "Move to Cloud Migration Factory" Product Owner has arisen in Toulouse. You will join the A320 Family Information Systems department.

"Renew the core" (RTC) is a key stream of Information Management (IM) and Business Transformation which targets to rationalize IT resources costs and enable Digital transformation cross programmes oriented with focus on Single Aisle ramp up Move to Cloud Programme. One stream of RTC, has for key objective to migrate current Legacy applications to the Public Cloud leveraging Cloud capabilities Automation, Elasticity to improve Applications performance and secure them in Operations.

Main targets:
ø Understand Business risks for related Legacy applications and be proactive for mitigation set-up with better monitoring and automation
ø Reduce Legacy impact on resources and budget (NRC and RC) to free cash innovation
ø Remain Legacy more agile, data extraction optimization, data flow optimization and start information systems simplification
ø Achieve these targets, Move to Cloud Programme set up a Migration
ø Factory offering the migrations capabilities to the Applications Product Owner

You are the Product Owner of the "Migration Factory" within The Move to Cloud stream under the programme manager / Chief Product Owner leadership. Under his delegation, you interface IM domains and Business functions and report to the Head of Department.

Tasks & accountabilities

As "Move to Cloud Migration Factory" Product Owner you will:
‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾
ø Clearly expressing Product Backlog items clarifying technical and business constraints to define and agree on objectives with IM domains leaders, applications owners and business counterparts,
ø Deliver in time, costs and quality the migration factory capabilities ensuring its Evolutions regarding the applications to be migrated,
ø Propose innovative ideas to deliver efficiency and value in the migration process,
ø Create trust and fruitful collaboration between all stakeholders, Airbus business representatives and IM domains,
ø Contribute to cultural change In and Outside IM, supporting Airbus transformation,
ø Bring consistency and expertise across Move to Cloud product teams to secure smart and efficient migration process,

This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

Your Data Pass
‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾‾
ø Master degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or in technical field,
ø Strong background in planning and Project management in Agile Environment (SAFE methodology would be a plus),
ø Technical experience with Cloud environment and understanding of the related technologies,
ø Technical experience for Public Cloud migration (AWS certification would be a plus),
ø Customer Relationship management experience,
ø Good background on Information System and on Business Processes,

ø Autonomous with excellent communication skills, displaying an ability to take initiative with a pragmatic mindset and active listening skills,

ø Sense of curiosity and team spirit, desire to learn for oneself and others,
ø Sense of details and passion for solutions and technologies that solve problems,
ø Negotiation level of English (Intermediate French would be a plus).
