You are a full time student, looking for a working student position and you would like to support an Innovation team? Then apply now! We look forward to you joining us at the New Business/Innovation department for 15 hours/week (flexi-time).

Location: Hamburg
Start: October/November 2019
Duration: min. 6 months

We are currently offering a working student position to support communications and community management in the area of design thinking, Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship. As working student you will support our Hamburg Team that is concerned with Methods and Tools for Innovation & New Business creation. Innovation at Airbus is organised as a federation of units. Within the federation, we concentrate on delivering services, methods and tools for innovating more effectively - this includes entrepreneurial approaches, design thinking and support through innovative spatial concepts. The focus of the department is to establish an effective innovation environment at Airbus where new Business & service ideas and projects can be created and implemented. The aim of the team is to provide support through the whole journey from need finding, ideation to successful business model creation and implementation. The main activates of the team in Hamburg are the development of innovation services to enable the organization to make innovation happen by using the existing eco-system.

Task & accountabilities :
As a Communication and Community Manager you will contribute to establish an effective Innovation Community at Airbus through the deployment of exiting methods and tool, responsibility for Communication activities and Community Management. Support collection of feedback from users. Your main task hereby is to support administration & development of the existing Community Platform and its communication trough physical Events and/or Webinars for example. Contribute in facilitating the consultation with all necessary stakeholders involved and in preparing meetings and project documentation.

Required skills :
You offer:
- Enrolled full time student within Innovation Management, Administration, Communication Management, Media Design, Social Media or a similar field of study
- Good skills in MS Office are required, knowledge of Visualization (Sketching, Video Taping, Photography) is appreciated
- First experience within Photoshop, Illustrator or In Design would be a plus
- English: fluent, negotiation level
- German: fluent

You have an innovative mind-set, excellent communication skills and you are able to work in a creative and independent way.
