Description of the job

Are you looking for an internship? Would you like to discover your own project, have a great deal of autonomy as well as experienced Airbus manager to coach you? Then apply now! We look forward to you joining us as an intern (m/f) at our Employment Operations department (35 hours/week, flexi-time).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your exciting tasks within your project:

·  Deliver a recruitment/headhunting agency catalogue with transnational scope - Germany, France, UK, Spain
·  Come up with improvement solutions and implement them proactively
·  Contact and negotiate with external suppliers
·  Provide solid understanding and background for each market
·  Work on a benchmarking study
·  Support the Supplier manager of Airbus with ad hoc topics

Required skills

You offer:

·  Enrolled student within business administration, HR, economics, social sciences, project management or similar field of study
·  Interested in above mentioned topics
·  First experience with project work
·  English: fluent
·  German/French: any skills are a plus

You are a good team player, solution-oriented, have excellent communication skills and a strong business mind-set as an autonomous working style. Furtermore you enjoy working with colleagues of different areas who are located in diverse countries.
