Are you looking for an internship? Would you like to discover the work of an Engineering team? Then apply now! We look forward to you joining us as an intern (m/f) at the Manage Flight/Data Acquisition & Recording Department (35 hours/week, flexi-time).

Location: Hamburg
Start: January 2019
Duration: 6 months

Within the "Data Acquistion and Recording" group there are currently multiple system development projects ongoing. These aim, for example, at developing a new flight recording system with a deployable recorder, an aircraft in distress tracking system and a new data acquisition system. These projects incorporate not only various technical activities but also project management related activities. Within the area of project management we would like to offer to an interested student the opportunity to gather industrial insight and experience. This is by supporting the project manager regarding various project management related activities.The applicant should study at an advanced level in an engineering faculty, ideally with some focus on project management studies.

Required skills

You offer:

·  Enrolled student within General/Mechanical/Aerospace/Industrial Engineering, Informatics or similar field of study
·  MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and ideally MS Project)
·  Basics in Financial Management helpful
·  Effective presentations and reporting at technical level as well as management level
·  English: fluent
·  Basics in German would be a plus

You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
