As part of a school curriculum in initial training , you are looking for a mandatory internship or integrated into a gap year that will allow you to validate your studies.

The six-month’s maximum internship will start from January 2020.

We are looking for an intern working as a controller for the Real Estate Department.

You will be joining us at Airbus site in Toulouse .

Tasks and Responsibilities:

You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

Your main activities will include:

- Ensuring Implementation of IFRS 16 rules and proposing optimization of new NAKISA SLAN Airbus financial external lease data basis structuration.

- Proposing & introducing improvement measures for new tool users

- Benchmarking study of IFRS 16 implementation at aeronautic competitors

- Studying planning capabilities of new POWER BI SLAN NAKISA tool for IFRS 16 OP and Forecast assumptions

- Auditing review activities linked to Analyse deviation to initial IFRS 16 plan prepared by Airbus Technical Accounting 

- Contributing to preparation and reinforcing of controlling guidance’s  for Facility Management and Real estate International .

- Building specific Business Cases for Real Estate projects including monitoring and generation of financial KPI including preparation of adhoc presentations for Airbus Management

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  You are preparing a diploma level Bac+ 5 in Finance or equivalent
·  Audit activities knowledge
·  Big data monitoring skills
·  Accounting and controlling background
·  Good analytical skills
·  Good communication skills
·  Language skills: Advanced level of English
