Description of the position:
Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs, sometimes called HR Generalists) are on the front line of servicing and interacting with our employees. We
perform both hands-on strategic roles in providing human resources expertise in employee relations, coaching, professional development,
compensation,conflict management, training and more.

THE INTERN WILL SUPPORT

TO CPO A400M PROGRAME HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER IN THE FOLLOWING
MAIN ACTIVITIES:

·  MANAGING CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS
·  DRIVING IMPROVEMENT AND INNOVATION TO THE INTERNAL CUSTOMERS, IN LINE TO THE HR STRATEGY
·  MANAGING HR PROCESSES AND POLICY DEPLOYMENT, STABLISHING A THREE-WAY INFORMATION FLOW WITH THE BUSINESS, CENTRE

OF EXPERTISE AND SHARED SERVICES.

·  ADVISING EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS IN HR ASPECTS SUCH AS RECRUITMENT, MANAGING HEADCOUNT PLANNING, TRAINING PLANS,

CAREER DEVELOPMENT, ETC.

·  FACILITATING CHANGES PROCESSES IN THE BUSINESS BY SUPPORTING MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES IN MANAGING THE HUMAN

ASPECTS OF CHANGE.

·  USE THE HR TOOLS AND PROCESESS APPLICATION.
·  HE/SHE WILL REPORT TO SHRBP CPO A400M PROGRAMME
