Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Instructeur(trice) de vol en Chef A220 pour rejoindre notre organisation Services Clients basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous représenterez Airbus Canada auprès des clients, des opérateurs et des autorités.

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Centre de Formation d'Airbus Canada chargée de concevoir, mettre en place et fournir la meilleure formation de pilote et le meilleur soutien aux opérations de vol afin de garantir un fonctionnement sécuritaire, efficace et performant des avions d'Airbus.

Votre rôle en tant qu’ Instructeur de vol en Chef A220 sera d’assurer la supervision et la standardisation des instructeurs de vol au Centre de formation d'Airbus Canada, à l'exception des instructeurs de connaissances théoriques, conformément au manuel A60.0 de l'organisation de formation des équipages de vol d'Airbus et aux autres manuels, processus et documents applicables d'Airbus.

Vos défis :

· 
Gérer la standardisation de l’équipe locale ;

· 
S'assurer que les instructeurs de vol répondent aux exigences de compétences définies dans les normes de « Formation Airbus » ;

· 
S'assurer que les formulaires de formation et/ou de standardisation pertinents pour les instructeurs de vol sont complétés conformément aux procédures applicables ;

· 
Proposer des formations spécifiques conformément à la norme A60.4, le cas échéant ;

· 
Assurer la fonction de formateur et d'évaluateur en matière de standardisation ;

· 
Contribuer à l'amélioration continue du Manuel des opérations de formation des équipages de conduite Airbus – Formation du personnel – A60.4 ;

· 
Rendre compte au Responsable des instructeurs de vol (CFI) de l'organisme de formation agréé (ATO) mondial concernant votre délégation en tant qu'instructeur de vol en chef local ;

· 
Participer aux ateliers de standardisation mondiaux et régionaux ;

· 
Participer à l'équipe centrale de l'ATO mondial ;

· 
Diffuser les informations pertinentes aux instructeurs de vol ;

· 
Contribuer à l'élaboration du manuel technique destiné aux instructeurs de vol ;

· 
Organiser et animer les observations de vol avec préavis (NO) et sans préavis (NNO) locales ;

· 
Participer au Conseil de standardisation des instructeurs de vol avancés sur demande. Participer aux groupes de travail définis par le CFI de l'ATO Airbus mondial ;

· 
Apporter un soutien aux autres centres de formation à la demande du CFI de l'ATO Airbus mondial ;

· 
Fournir le compte rendu mensuel pour la liste des instructeurs de l'ATO mondial ;

· 
Contribuer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre du programme de formation et de contrôle continu ;

· 
Promouvoir le référentiel de formation au vol Airbus ;

· 
Veiller au bien-être du standardisateur local ;

· 
Maintenir vos compétences d'instructeur et d'examinateur de type III et consacrer une partie de votre temps de travail à des activités de vol ;

· 
Consacrer une partie de votre temps de travail à l'animation de séances de simulateur pour les clients en tant qu'instructeur (production) ;

· 
Promouvoir en permanence la politique de sécurité auprès de l'ensemble du personnel et participer aux initiatives SMS ;

· 
Conduire et documenter tous les entretiens et les actions de suivi nécessaires en cas de performance insuffisante ;

· 
Apporter un soutien au responsable local de la formation pour la conformité aux exigences d'Airbus et aux règles internes ;

· 
Contrôler et valider le plan de gestion des compétences des instructeurs locaux du centre de formation en coordination avec le responsable des compétences local.

Votre profil : 

· 
Vous êtes instructeur de vol qualifié OACI TRI/TRE et titulaire d'une licence EASA ;

· 
Vous possédez une expérience pertinente en formation de vol Airbus ;

· 
Vous avez une expérience significative des opérations aériennes ; une expérience sur gros-porteurs est un atout ;

· 
Vous maîtrisez les éléments suivants :

· 
CBTA, TEM et facteurs humains (indispensable).

· 
La connaissance d'EBT est un atout.

· 
Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en coordination et êtes capable de mener à bien des projets dans les délais impartis et avec la qualité requise ;

· 
Vous avez d'excellentes aptitudes de communication, de gestion des parties prenantes et d'esprit d'équipe ;

· 
Vous êtes capable de travailler dans un environnement multiculturel ;

· 
Vous incarnez les valeurs d'Airbus au quotidien ;

· 
Vous avez une expérience en gestion d'équipe chez Airbus ou dans le secteur aérien (un atout) ;

· 
Vous avez un niveau de négociation en anglais.

Job description:

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a A220 Chief Flight Instructor to join our Customer Services organization based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will represent Airbus Canada in front of the customers, operators and authorities.

You will be part of the Airbus Canada Training Centre responsible for conceiving, building and delivering the best flight training and flight operations support to ensure the safe, efficient and effective operation of the Airbus Aircraft.

Your role as A220 Chief Flight Instructor will be to ensure the supervision and standardization of the flight instructors in Airbus Canada Training Centre, except Theoretical Knowledge Instructors, in accordance with Airbus Flight Crew Training Organization Manual A60.0 and other Airbus applicable manuals, processes and documents.

Your challenges:

· 
Manage the local standardization team;

· 
Ensure that flight instructors meet the competency requirements as defined in ”Airbus Training” standards;

· 
Ensure that flight instructor relevant training and/or standardization forms are completed in accordance with the applicable procedures;

· 
Propose specific training as per A60.4 when applicable;

· 
Act as standardization trainer and evaluator;

· 
Provide feedback and support to the continuous improvement of the Airbus Flight Crew Training Operations Manual – Personnel Training – A60.4;

· 
Report to the CFI of the Worldwide ATO in regards to the delegation as local Chief Flight Instructor;

· 
Participate to worldwide and regional standardization workshops;

· 
Participate to the Worldwide ATO Core Team;

· 
Disseminate relevant information to the flight instructors;

· 
Provide input to the flight instructor technical booklet;

· 
Organize and run local Notice Observations (NO) and No Notice Observations (NNO);

· 
Participate in the Advanced Flight Instructor Standardization Council on request;

· 
Participate in working groups as defined by the CFI of the Worldwide Airbus ATO;

· 
Provide support to other training centers on request of the CFI of the Worldwide Airbus ATO;

· 
Provide the monthly feedback for the Worldwide ATO List of Instructors;

· 
Provide support to the development and execution of the recurrent training & checking program;

· 
Promote Airbus Flight Training Reference;

· 
Ensure local standardizer well-being;

· 
Keep proficiency as Type III instructor and examiner and provide some of your working time to perform flying activities;

· 
Allocate some of your working time to perform customer simulator sessions as an instructor (production);

· 
Promote continually the safety policy to all personnel and take part in SMS initiatives;

· 
Conduct and document all interviews and follow-up action required in case of sub-standard performance;

· 
Support the local Head of Training for the compliance with Airbus requirements and internal rules;

· 
Control and validate the competency management plan of the local instructors of the training center in coordination with the local Competence Manager.

Your profile:

· 
You are a qualified ICAO TRI / TRE, EASA licensed;

· 
You have relevant Airbus Flight Training experience;

· 
You have significant airline operations experience; wide body experience is an asset;

· 
You have relevant knowledge in:

· 
CBTA, TEM & Human Factors is a must;

· 
EBT knowledge is an asset.

· 
You have the ability to deliver on time and on quality the projects with strong coordination skills;

· 
You have the ability to demonstrate good communication skills, stakeholder management and team spirit;

· 
You are able to work in a multicultural environment;

· 
You demonstrate Airbus values in your daily environment;

· 
You have team management experience in Airbus or in an Airline industry (an asset);

· 
You have a negotiation level in English.
