Tasks & accountabilities

Your exciting tasks:

The position offers a final year thesis for development of cargo door linings. The linings shall use a newly qualified
material together with a new manufacturing process. The thesis will apply a systematic development approach. It will analyse the status quo and define relevant product and process requierements. On this basis the thesis will develop several alternative linings and evaluate the different solutions with respect to weight and cost. The results of the product development shall be summarised in a decision matrix and compared to the existing solution.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

You offer:

·  Registered student (m/f) in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, materials testing or comparable field of study
·  Independent working method
·  Personal initiative
·  Team player
·  Knowledge in MS Office
·  Advanced in English and German
·  Knowledge in CATIA V5 R21 (part design, assembly design, generative shape design, Composite part design)
