A vacancy for a Digital Design Manufacturing Services Cabin Integrator (m/f) has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Hamburg at the earliest possible start date. You will join the department “ECSI2 - TCM Layout & Cargo Configuration”.

Tasks & accountabilities

The Digital Design Manufacturing Services Cabin Integrator (DDMS) is responsible for handling, creation and development of Digital Tools and Applications in the frame of technical change management for Aircraft Cabin Layout and Cargo Configurations. You take care of the digital tool landscape and make the existing system ready for the future in order to increase the process efficiency via digital automatization.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  You are responsible for technical change management in the Cabin & Cargo Domain of the A320 Family regarding the new Aircraft Customer fleets
·  It is part of your job to plan and document all changes to the customer aircrafts - whether driven by customer requests ("Request for Change", RFC) or by further improvement and developments ("Change Request", CR)
·  You lead and organize the investigations (Feasibility Studies) for the required technical solutions
·  It is your task to initiate the opening or control of required modifications and ensure the preparation of the documents required for the final certification, such as definition documents
·  In addition you ensure a consistent aircraft definition for all related Cabin & Cargo ATA chapters, including participation in the creation of the Customer Catalogues definition
·  You are responsible to execute the modification completion in the role of the Mod Closure Coordinator (MCC) finalizing the definition documentations

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Degree in Engineering or similar
·  Solid experience in Configuration Management
·  Technical knowledge of Aircraft Cabin Layout (incl. Galley, Lavatory, Cabin Attendant Seats , Passenger Seats, Emergency Equipment, Cargo Layout, Cabin systems)
·  Deep knowledge and sense of Digitalisation Methods and Tools and digital automatization
·  Very good experience in Digital Tool and Application handling, creation and development
·  Confident with SAP and corresponding applications
·  Experience in managing transnational interfaces
·  Experience in project management
·  Structured and analytical way of working
·  High degree of motivation and sense of responsibility
·  Language Skills: Negotiation level of German and English
