Job Description:

Siebel/Salesforce, TIPI Back Office, and Webtek Development, Improvement, and Support: 75%

·  Maintain and update asset information in Siebel/Salesforce, including aircraft model, serial number, assembly location, registration number, first entry into service, first delivery date, operation cease date, conversion date, status, sub-status, mission, sub mission, environmental and temperature conditions, operator, aircraft history, flight hours/cycle/landings data for all AHI supported aircraft.
·  Update or create owner and operator information from delivery affidavit and other sales documentation including hours at delivery, warranty start date, warranty end date, warranty end hours, final assembly location and completion center.
·  Validate account information changes with AHI Accounting department.  Follow Airbus established guidelines to update account information that is passed from SAP to Siebel, including web url, account team, account type, status, parent account, segmentation, classification, location, responsible Airbus organization, customer account group, price list, country code, currency, account code, etc.
·  Track the movement of aircraft into and out of AHI area of responsibility via FAA web site, customer reports, parent company notifications and internal departments. 
·  Validate contact information contained in the company database(s). Identify and merge duplicate contacts, set up and configure portal user (Airbus World) contacts, set up and configure AHEAD (TechPubs) contacts.
·  Communicate regularly with database administration management and personnel from the parent company and other subsidiaries. 
·  Maintain close communication with the Siebel/Salesforce group at Airbus to ensure proper application of data management rules applicable to each data field in the database.
·  Submit change requests to Airbus Siebel/Salesforce team when business practices require structural changes to the database.
·  Perform testing of Siebel/Salesforce functionality after implementation of change requests or Siebel/Salesforce version upgrades.
·  Work independently within Siebel/Salesforce, TIPI Back Office, Webtek, FAA Website, JetNet, and Ascend Online (Cirium) to gather requested information.

Provide Reports and Fleet Analysis 15%

·  Compile regular and ad hoc reports of customer and aircraft data for use by Airbus Group, AHI Logistics, Executives, Sales & Marketing, DCR/MAR/Blade Shops, Government Programs, Material Planning, Technical Support, Field Support, Repairables, Global Supply, Quality Assurance, Flight Ops, FAA Compliance and several major vendors.
·  Produce customized reports to address specific departmental needs for marketing, trade shows, technical analysis, and promotional activities.
·  Produce reports of all import/export aircraft activity and inform AH Group and AH Subsidiaries.

Training and Systems Support : 10%

·  Employ good interpersonal relationships with diverse groups and individuals, ability to mentor users and provide formal and on the job training
·  Assist and/or lead assigned projects when applicable
·  Provide back up support for Airbus World, Siebel/Salesforce and Technical Publications when needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

Other duties as assigned, which may include:

·   Preparing customer documentation packages of STC configurations applied in retrofit and production operations. Interfaces with Engineering, Data Group, Production Control, Production Engineering, Quality Assurance and all company internal departments needing configuration data.
·  Processing customer publication orders
·  Distributing technical publication documents
