Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Apprenti (h/f) région APAC - Security Threat Anticipation» vient de s'ouvrir au sein de d'airbus SAS sur son site de Blagnac.  Vous rejoindrez une équipe au sein du département en charge de la sécurité.

Cet apprentissage consistera à:

décrire l’objectif global de la mission 

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 1 ou  2 an. 

Tâches et responsabilités : 

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

·  Participer à la mise en place d'une surveillance OSINT (Open Source INTelligence) dédiée à l'environnement APAC.
·  Aider la gestion des parties prenantes de l'APAC en préparant et en participant aux réunions avec la région.
·  Capturer les besoins de la régions APAC en termes d'anticipation des menaces
·  Rédiger des rapports sur les menaces avec le soutien de son tuteur(trice)
·  Participer aux formations
·  Participer à l'animation de l'équipe et aux méthodes de travail 
·  Contribuer à la surveillance de l'écosystème des menaces d'Airbus, en particulier pour la région APAC, et évaluer les modèles et les tendances qui s'y rapportent ;
·  Soutenir le développement de l'analyse de l'équipe STA par la collecte et l'exploitation d'informations en sources ouvertes dans le respect du cadre juridique et des méthodes de travail de l'entreprise ;
·  Soutenir l'activité de collecte de données de STA ;
·  Soutenir la construction de bases de données sur les menaces notamment APAC et de systèmes d'analyse de données pour alimenter les rapports et les livrables de l'équipe STA ;

Compétences & Prérequis : 

Vous intégrerez une formation de niveau BAC +4/+5 dans le domaine de la Data science ou de la géopolitique, de l'intelligence économique, de la gestion des risques ou équivalent pour un apprentissage de 1 à 2 ans.

Vous disposez des connaissances et compétences suivantes :

·  Avoir une expérience ou un intérêt marqué pour les nouvelles technologies, l'informatique, la géopolitique, l'intelligence économique, la gestion des risques ou équivalent ;
·  Avoir un intérêt pour la veille stratégique, géopolitique ou sécuritaire, la gestion des risques.
·  Un intérêt particulier pour la région et la culture APAC.
·  Une bonne connaissance de l'OSINT serait appréciée ;
·  Une première expérience en OSINT serait appréciée ;
·  Compétences analytiques et de communication.
·  Capacité à travailler en équipe et à interagir avec différentes parties prenantes.
·  Une connaissance de l'écosystème de l'aérospatiale et de la défense serait un plus.

Compétences linguistiques :

Anglais : avancé

Français : avancé

Les langues de l'APAC (chinois, thaï, japonais ...) seraient un plus.

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

You are looking for new and existing challenges. Security Threat Anticipation is looking for an apprentice.

Security Threat Anticipation (STA) is an activity aiming at the identification and assessment of the future threats that could induce a security risk or a crisis situation, in a defined timeline in order for Airbus (including extended enterprise) decision-making bodies to take the appropriate mitigation measures.

What is STA team doing?

STA main objectives are the following: 

1. Identify, monitor, analyze and qualify the evolutions of the Airbus ecosystem (particularly weak signals) ; 

2. Produce timely and accurate analysis to accompany and protect Airbus business and functions to support decision making ;

3. Structure and animate an Airbus community to support the anticipation ;

4. Ensure the broadcasting of information, the development of knowledge management and anticipation culture, and perform the upskilling of the threat anticipation community and partners

5. Support security investigation activities through information collection, short analysis and recommendations ;

6. Contribute to the compliance to the mandatory requirements of the authorities 

STA ASIA PACIFIC region (APAC) apprentice responsibilities

The apprentice work on the following elements:

· 
Support the set up of an OSINT (Open Source INTelligence)  monitoring dedicated to APAC environment

· 
Support the APAC stakeholder management by preparing and participating to meeting with the region

· 
Capture the APAC regions needs in term of threat anticipation

· 
Write threat reports with the support of your tutor

· 
Participate to the trainings

· 
Participate to the team animation and ways of working

Main activities

· 
Contribute to the monitoring of Airbus threat ecosystem especially for APAC region and evaluating the patterns and trends related ; 

· 
Support STA team quantitative analysis development through the collection and the exploitation of open-source informations with due respect to corporate legal framework and ways of working ;

· 
Support STA data collection activity ;

· 
Support to build threat databases and data analysis system to power STA team reports and deliverables ;

 

Skills

You will join a BAC +4/+5 level training program in the field of Data science or geopolitics, economic intelligence, risk management or equivalent for a 1 to 2-year apprenticeship. You have the following knowledge and skills:

· 
Having experience or a strong interest in new technologies, computer and data science or  geopolitics, economic intelligence, risk management or equivalent ; 

· 
Having experience working in teams or an interest in strategic, geopolitic, or security monitoring,  risk management. 

· 
A specific interest for the APAC region and culture

· 
A skilled knowledge in OSINT would be appreciated ;

· 
A first experience in OSINT would be appreciated ; 

· 
Analytical and communication skills.

· 
Ability to work in teams and interact with various stakeholders.

· 
Good knowledge of the aerospace and defense ecosystem would be a plus
