Poste et missions:
For Airbus Defence and Space in Friedrichshafen within the process and improvement group we are looking for a VIE
- Local process improver.
Start: 15.05.2017
Duration: 24 Months
In this context, your main activities will include:
You will maintain locally the engineering process implementation, listen to expressed implementation issues, drive the local analysis using the “go-look-and-see” approach, and when necessary participate or animate engineering processes improvement activities by using lean-engineering tools or value stream mapping methodology.
You will also drive locally the monitoring of the engineering processes, via defined KPIs, you will analyze the local trends and variation in order to feed the engineering process management.
Profil:
You offer:
- University degree in Aerospace Engineering, General Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar
- solid academic knowledge about mechanical engineering
- English: negotiation level
- German: would be a plus
You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
