Poste et missions:
For Airbus in Hamburg within the department Processes Methods and Tools we are looking for a VIE.
Start: 01.06.2017
Duration: 12 months
The department is responsible for all Single Aisle Final Assembly Lines in Hamburg, Toulouse, Tianjin and Mobile to carry out the following task:
- Drive processes, methods & tools consistency in all Single Aisle Final Assembly Lines
- Assure the link between operators and process owner
- Manage corporate business transformation projects & Final Assembly Lines projects (project overview, progress, risks, issues, support and steering input)
- Management of process and tool changes and consolidation of Final Assembly Lines requirements and Needs
In this context, your main activities will include:
Support the project leader in following activities
- Project Planning
- Preparation of review meetings
- Project documentation
- Analysis of topics
- Status communication
- Responsibility for project activities
Profil:
You offer:
University degree in Project Management, Business Administration or similar field of study
- solid academic knowledge about Project Management and Informationsystems
- good knowledge within MS Office
- English: negotiation Level
You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
