Poste et missions:
You will be part of the CX project, reporting to the CX manager in ALD/IM
The main missions of the VIE will be
- Refining and implementing the customer experience methodology in the German organization
- Responsible for project coordination and communication of methods and ideas
- Management and coordination of improvement initiatives together with the involved departments. Creating a standard process for launching and reporting initiatives
- Prepare and organize the annual customer relationship-survey and the permanent transactional surveys
- Develop a long term base for drop in / drop out of improvement initiatives on the base of a customer experience map
- Working in an international network organization
Profil:Master’s Degree either in Business or Engineering, preferred with a major in Marketing and / or Project Management, Change Management
- Strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of economic systems are required, digital awareness
- Strong ability for teamwork and to connect with people is of essence, open minded and talkative
- Ability to think in complex systems and change
- Empathy combined with social skills and just do it spirit
- Flexibility, integrity, bring up new ideas and solutions
