Purpose:

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by:

· Executing store operations with particular focus on product flow
· Maintaining an effective and organized workspace
· Using expertise and experience to provdie feedback and support to selected team members and leadership

Key Accountabilities:

· Is aware of store targets and actively works to meet or exceed these by using all the resources available inside and outside of the store
· Uses retail and commercial expertise to maximize sales opportunities by prioritizing merchandise flow to the sales floor
· Is a role model for offsite operations and completing deliveries quickly and accurately while adhering to stock protection procedures
· Accurately records and manages all inter-store / warehouse inventory movement and does this in a timely manner
· Ensures adequate supplies to create an effective offsiteenvironment and continually maintains this (including all merchandise) within and around the vicinity
· Complies with store policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
· Identifies improvement opportunities and communicates suggestions to store management to drive commercial success
· Shares, guides and trains basic offsite processes and behaviors to selected members of the store team
· Collaborates productively and respectfully with team members to meet or exceed store goals
· Makes him/herself available to support other team members when needed
· Communicates a desire to learn and seizes all available opportunities to drive his/her development and increase performance
· Fine tunes communication techniques to provide advanced level service to internal customers
· Flexibly adapts approach to accommodate the needs of multiple internal customers at the same time
· Deals professionally with difficult internal customer situations
· Uses retail and commercial expertise to drive overall store sales by prioritizing the flow of merchandise to the sales floor
· Supports teammates, actively helping the sales floor team when directed by management
· Is thorough and detail oriented in maintaining a clean and organized offsite

Physical Requirements:

· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device.
· The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 6 month work experience in a sports/fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment with
advanced selling experience and solid product, retail and industry understanding

Basic numeracy and literacy and advanced verbal communication skills
